My Action is getting others to submit testimony on HB 957 which states that the bill "allows the Department of Education borrow moneys interest-free from the Hawaii green infrastructure loan program for heat abatement measures at public schools. Requires the Department of Education to make payments on the loan from revenues saved by energy efficiency measures. Effective 1/28/2081."
